INSURANCE OPTIONS
STANDARD RATE Standard rate leaves you still to pay a Bond/Excess of AU$5000 (Debited and refunded if no claims) or options as below can be taken to reduce bond/excess. (Options are payable at the depot except All Inclusive which should be booked when reserving the vehicle)

Insurance option with Standard Rate:
Excess Reduction 1: AU$27 per day reduces bond to AU$2500 (Debited and refunded if no claims)
Excess Reduction 2: AU$44 per day reduces bond to Nil - A security deposit of AU$250 (Credit card imprint only) is taken at vehicle pick up time.

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE - FULL INSURANCE
All Inclusive Package is available to travellers for AU$65 per day and reduces the excess to Nil on any vehicle and third party property damage; also includes Table and chairs, Hassle Free Check-In, LP Gas Refill Fee, One way fee (excluding AU$750 Broome surcharge), and Baby or booster seat(s). A security deposit of AU$250 (imprint) is made at the time of pickup to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the agreed location, on the agreed date in clean condition. - 50 Days Max Charge (AU$3750)

OPTIONAL TOLL PACKAGE
The Toll Package can be purchased for $29 (payable on pick up) and includes:
- Unlimited toll crossings (maximum $50.00)
- No toll administration fee

Apollo Welcome Pack
Each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary Apollo Pack for the first night. The pack contains, matches, mini shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar satchels.

First Aid Kits
A First Aid kit is supplied in every vehicle. If the seal is broken or the Kit is not returned the Kit becomes the property of the renter and a AU$50 fee is charged when the vehicle is returned.

EARLIEST AND LATEST PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES
Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Sydney: seven days 8am to 4.30pm
All branches are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
All rentals picking up or dropping off on the following days will incur an additional AU$100 surcharge:
Anzac Day
Boxing Day

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
The minimum hire period is 7 days. A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 15 December 2012 to 5 January 2013. During the Bathurst and Phillip Island Races a 10 day minimum rental period applies from Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Branches. One way hire minimums also vary depending on locations.

DRIVERS LICENSES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old (Max 75) and hold a full and current Australian driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with English translation.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS WITH FLEX RATES
A AU$25 fee will apply to amend a flex booking. If a change to a flex booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using either the original flex rate or the flex rate that is valid at the time of the booking change, depending on whichever rate is higher. There are no exceptions to this rule. The following situations are classified as booking alterations: Change of date for vehicle pick-up or drop-off, Change of location (depot) for vehicle pick-up or drop-off, Change of vehicle category, Customer name change. If an amendment is made to the rental dates within 14 days of collection, no refund will be made if the length of hire is shortened (that is; the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked). A relocation fee may apply if the collection or return location is amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up or if notification occurs during the hire.
