INSURANCE OPTIONS
STANDARD RATE Standard rate leaves you still to pay a Bond/Excess of AU$7500 (Debited and refunded if no claims) or options as below can be taken to reduce bond/excess. (Options are payable at the depot except All Inclusive which should be booked when reserving the vehicle)

STAR PACK (ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE) - FULL INSURANCE
All Inclusive Package is available to travellers for AU$65 per day premium and reduces bond to Nil. The Inclusive Rate includes: Unlimited Kilometres, Unlimited Windscreen and tyres covered for accidental damage, GPS, One Way Rental Fee, 10% GST, 3% administration fee/taxes, Personal Kits, Kitchen Kit, Welcome Pack, Pre-Hire Cleaning Fees, Vehicle Consultation Fee, 24hr Roadside Assistance, Extra Driver Fees, Maps and Camp Ground Guides, LP Gas Refill Fee, Camp Chairs and Table and Baby or Booster Seats (on request and for selected models only).

OPTIONAL TOLL PACKAGE
The Toll Package can be purchased for $29 (payable on pick up) and includes:
- Unlimited toll crossings (maximum $50.00)
- No toll administration fee

ONE WAY FEES
One way rentals are available subject to the minimum rental periods and are charged at AU$260. The one-way fee is waived for hires over 21 days.

Star Welcome Pack
Each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary Star Pack for the first night. The pack contains, matches, mini shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar satchels.

First Aid Kits
A First Aid kit is supplied in every vehicle. If the seal is broken or the Kit is not returned the Kit becomes the property of the renter and a $50 fee is charged when the vehicle is returned.

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
The minimum hire period is 7 days, except between 15 December and 5 January and during the Bathurst and Phillip Island Races when a minimum rental of 10 days applies

DRIVERS LICENSES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old (Max 75) and hold a full and current Australian driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with English translation.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A AU$100 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public Holidays.
ANZAC Day (25th April)
Boxing Day (26th December)

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
A AU$25 fee will apply to amend a booking.
