INSURANCE OPTIONS
STANDARD RATE Standard rate leaves you still to pay a Bond/Excess of AU$5000 (Debited and refunded if no claims) or options as below can be taken to reduce bond/excess. (Options are payable when booking motorhome)

Insurance option with Standard Rate:
Excess Reduction 1: AU$20 per day reduces bond to AU$2500 (Debited and refunded if no claims) Maximum charge AU$1000 (50 days rental)
Excess Reduction 2: AU$39 per day reduces bond to AU$300 - A security deposit of AU$300 (Credit card imprint only) is taken at vehicle pick up time. A maximum charge AU$1950 (50 days rental)

HASSLE FREE PACK - ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE - FULL INSURANCE
All Inclusive Package is available to travellers for AU$48 per day and includes: Liability reduction Option 2, GPS navigation system, Pre-Purchase Gas, Outdoor table and chairs (chairs per person), baby or booster seat (if required). Maximum charge AU$2400 (50 days rental). A security deposit of AU$300 (imprint) is made at the time of pickup to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the agreed location, on the agreed date in clean condition.

WINDSCREEN AND TYRE COVER
In addition to your other Insurance you can purchase windscreen and tyre cover for a set fee of AU$90

LOCATION FEE
A relocation fee of AU$200 each way will be charged to renters picking up or dropping off at Launceston and the Gold Coast

ONE WAY FEE
A fee of AU$260 applies for one way rentals picking up or dropping off in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney. A one way fee of AU$350 applies to vehicles traveling to and from Hobart to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney. A one way rental fee of AU$410 applies to vehicles traveling to and from Gold Coast and Sydney

EXTRA DRIVERS
There are no fees for additional drivers

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
All renters picking up and dropping off on the following days will incur an additional AU$100 public holiday surcharge. Surcharges only apply to branches open on the following public holidays
Boxing Day (26 December 2015), New Year's Day (1 January 2016), Australia Day (26 January 2016), Good Friday (25 March 2016) and Anzac Day (25 April 2016)

AFTER HOURS PICK UP
After hours pick up will only be allowed at Brisbane, Hobart, and Launceston branches. Renters that wish to collect after hours or on a Sunday when the office is closed must take the Hassle Free Insurance Package and contact Cruisin' at least 7 days before pick up to organise the paperwork

LATE PICK UP PENALTY
Late pick up refers to instances where renters originally booked to pick up the vehicle within branch operation hours and failed to pick up during the specified hours. late pick up is not available in Sydney or Gold Coast. Any renters picking up late without prior organisation must pay the following penalties; Renters picking up from 4.30pm to 5.30pm will pay a late fee of AU$40, Renters picking upfrom 5.30pm to 6.30pm will pay a late fee of AU$80. Late pick up is not available after 6.30pm

LATE DROP OFF PENALTY
Renters returning late will be charged a fee of AU$45 an hour for the first two hours they are late. After this period the customer will pay a full day's rental and Insurance

DEPOT LOCATIONS
Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Hobart and Launceston

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
The minimum rental for all vehicles is: Launceston and Gold Coast 10 days. Hobart and Brisbane - 5 days. Sydney 7 days.
A 10 day minimum rental period applies from 26 December 2015 to 10 January 2016 for Brisbane Sydney and Hobart. A 7 day minimum rental period applies from 23 to 28 March 2016 for Hobart and Brisbane. A 7 day minimum rental period applies from 11 January to 28 February 2016 for Hobart. A 7 day minimum rental period applies from 22 to 25 July 2015 (Splendour in the Grass) for Brisbane and a 10 day minimum rental period applies from 7 to 9 October 2015 for Sydney.
All one way rentals between branches require a 10 day minimum
Vehicle rentals are calculated on a per calendar day basis, i.e. day of pick-up or drop off is always counted as a full day irrespective of what time it is collected or dropped off.

DRIVERS LICENSES
A current and full motor vehicle driver's licence is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection.Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English it must be accompanied by a current international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver's licence was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit.
Drivers must be 21 years of age or over and 79 or under.
