INSURANCE OPTIONS
STANDARD RATE (minimum level of insurance and already included in the quoted rate). For drivers 21 to 75, Standard rate leaves you still to pay a Bond/Excess of AU$2500 (for drivers 18 to 20, AU$3500) (Debited and refunded if no claims). Or options as below can be taken to reduce bond/excess. (Options are payable at the depot).

Insurance options with Standard Rate for 21 to 75 year olds:
Excess Reduction 1: AU$12 per day reduces bond to AU$1200
Excess Reduction 2: AU$20 per day reduces bond to AU$100

Insurance options with Standard Rate for 18 to 20 year olds:
Excess Reduction 1: AU$22 per day reduces bond to AU$1200
Excess Reduction 2: AU$30 per day reduces bond to AU$250

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE - FULL INSURANCE
All Inclusive Package is available to travellers for AU$30 (drivers 21 - 75) or AU$37.50 daily (drivers 18 - 20) per day and reduces the excess to Nil on any vehicle and third party property damage; also includes Unlimited Kilometres, 10% GST, 3% Administration Fees/Taxes, Linen and Bedding Kits, Kitchen Kit, One Way Rental Fee, Extra Driver Fees, LP Gas Refill Fee, Hippie Camper Welcome Pack, Pre-Hire Cleaning Fees, Vehicle Consultation Fee, 24hr Roadside Assistance, Camp Chairs and Table, Maps and Camp Ground Guides. Bond of AU$100 (for over 21 year olds) or AU$250 willl be taken to ensure vehicle is returned to the agreed location on the agreed day in a clean and tidy condition.

OPTIONAL TOLL PACKAGE
The Toll Package can be purchased for $29 (payable on pick up) and includes:
- Unlimited toll crossings (maximum $50.00)
- No toll administration fee

FIRST GAS FILL CHARGE
The LPG gas cannister is supplied full. A service fee of $25 is payable on pick up. The gas canister can be returned empty to Hippie Camper at the completion of the rental.

ONE WAY RENTALS
No one way fee for this model. Minimum rentals are as follows: Cairns to Melbourne and Cairns to Sydney 14 days. (The minimum rental for Brisbane to Cairns, Brisbane to Melbourne, Brisbane to Sydney and Sydney to Melbourne is only 7 days). All minimums apply in either direction. Hippie Budget not available to/from Perth.

3% LEVY
A charge of 3% of the total cost will be levied to cover vehicle registration, duties, other associated costs and administration fees.

Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, and Sydney.

COURTESY TRANSFERS
Not available. Vehicles must be collected and returned to our branches (not airports). Transfers to and from the Hippie Camper branch are not included in the rental price. It is the renter¡¦s responsibility to get to and from the branch.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
All rentals picking up or dropping off on the following days will incur an additional AU$100 surcharge:
Anzac Day
Boxing Day

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
The minimum hire period is 7 days. A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 15 December 2012 to 5 January 2013. During the Bathurst and Phillip Island Races a 10 day minimum rental period applies from Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne Branches. One way hire minimums also vary depending on locations.

DRIVERS LICENSES
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 18 years and the maximum age is 75 years. All drivers must hold a full and current Australian driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a license from the country of origin with English translation.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS WITH HIPPIE FLEX RATES
A AU$25 fee will apply to amend a flex booking. If a change to a flex booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using either the original flex rate or the flex rate that is valid at the time of the booking change, depending on whichever rate is higher. There are no exceptions to this rule. The following situations are classified as booking alterations: Change of date for vehicle pick-up or drop-off, Change of location (depot) for vehicle pick-up or drop-off, Change of vehicle category, Customer name change. If you decide to extend your rental duration (changing the drop-off date) by 2 days the same flex rate is used that applied on the day when you made your original booking. If you extend by 3 days or more, the booking change rule applies as outlined above. If an amendment is made to the rental dates within 14 days of collection, no refund will be made if the length of hire is shortened (that is; the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked). A relocation fee may apply if the collection or return location is amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up or if notification occurs during the hire. Apollo will not accept any cancellations of Standard Rate Bookings that are then re-booked using Flex Rates and vice versa
